Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works

As a Sales Associate, I consistently work to enhance the customer experience. I spend most of my time supporting product replenishment activities, ensuring that the store remains well-stocked to serve up to 1,100 daily customers. Efficiently operating the register, and handling purchases and returns while upholding values and policies are integral parts of my role. Beyond transactions, I focus on building a highly satisfied and loyal customer base by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing personalized product recommendations, and capturing relevant customer information. This approach fosters continued loyalty and strengthens our customer relationships. My time at Bath and Body Works has allowed me to contribute significantly to the store’s success while ensuring exceptional service for our valued customers.

Brand Strategy & Business Analytics Extern at Beats by Dr.Dre

At Beats by Dr.Dre, I focused on understanding the resurgence of over-the-ear headphones’ popularity among Gen Z consumers. In order to understand the reasons behind this trend, I conducted primary research through 5 interviews and analyzed data. Additionally, I investigated the brands that are capitalizing on this resurgence and explored potential future developments. My work culminated in presenting meaningful findings and explanations regarding consumer expectations for these products. Overall, my externship experience at Beats by Dr. Dre allowed me to contribute to their brand strategy by analyzing consumer sentiment, understanding market dynamics, and shaping the future direction of their products.

Resident Assistant at University of Massachusetts Amherst

As an RA, I actively contributed to fostering a community of college students by organizing 10+ social and educational events each semester for approximately 31 residents. My commitment extended beyond event coordination—I consistently upheld the code of student conduct and university policies, demonstrating ethical leadership. Collaborating closely with fellow RAs during duty shifts, I conducted regular rounds to promptly address any concerns. Additionally, I played a crucial role in maintaining the safety and well-being of over 500 students residing in the hall by responding promptly to incidents. My responsibilities allow me to contribute significantly to the residential community and enhance the overall living experience for our residents.

Brand Intern at Collab

At Collab, the brands group is all about connecting brands with creators to make branded campaigns that will appear on your TikTok "For You Page". As a Brand Intern, campaigns are followed from start to finish, from pitching it to a client with the sales team to shadowing the account management team as they work with talent to bring it to life. Throughout this internship, I had the opportunity to create talent lists, write up creative concepts, conduct client research, and complete campaign monitoring. Outside of department-specific projects, I was also involved in a hands-on, summer-long group project solving a real-life business challenge which was then presented to a team of internal stakeholders.
